But floating in the clouds, in the form of blockchain algorithms,
Article 1: Freedom is a service package.
Article 2: Equality according to subscription level.
Article 3: Justice interpreted by artificial intelligence according to premium package.
The court is no longer a stone dome
But a super server controlled by digital trust
Judgments are not based on truth
But on data optimized to please the crowd.
II. Legal Manipulation
They do not force, they guide.
They do not impose, they “suggest the best.”
The law is not enforced by whips,
But by user interfaces, by sophisticated nudges,
By cookies and recommendation algorithms.
When legal terms are as long as novels,
No one reads them, but everyone agrees.
Agree to what?
No one is sure.
All we know is that if we don't "check the box",
The door to life will not open.
III. Soft power - the power that doesn't need to be touched
There are no prisons, only credit ratings.
No death sentences, only account deletions.
No punishments, only reduced impressions,
No torture, only eternal silence on social media.
They don't force you to bow your head,
They make you doubt yourself.
You are not brutally censored,
You censor yourself.
IV. The New Order – Between Fantasy and Super-Rational Operation
The rule of law becomes an encoded belief,
The law does not come from the Senate
But from the protocol running in the background.
All order no longer needs a national flag
But only a periodically updated operating system.
The nation does not collapse
But gradually disappears from the main interface.
V. Whispers from the awakened
Some say:
"We are living in the rule of law of artificial intelligence – where the manipulator just needs to be legalized."
Some object:
"This is the optimal solution of an overly complex society – manipulation is the price of convenience."
Some say nothing.
Because they know:
"The utopian rule of law is the perfect prison – where you think you are free."
