Just bend down and scoop up dozens of kilos of fish – Flood season stirs up netizens

Local, date ... – This year's flood season not only brings alluvium to the fields, but also brings "bumper harvest moments" on the rivers near the village. A new video widely shared on social networks records a young man wading into the floodwaters, with just a basket, he quickly scooped up dozens of kilos of fish, surprising many people.

Just bend down and scoop up dozens of kilos of fish – Flood season stirs up netizens
According to witnesses, the floodwaters swept up schools of large and small fish. Just bend down, scoop up a few times and the basket is full of fish, without the need for bait or fishing nets. "Never seen it so easy, scooping up a few times and the basket is heavy," a local shared.

This image immediately attracted thousands of comments and shares. Many people were both excited and surprised by the scene that seemed only in the movies: “Going to collect fish during the flood season is like going to a free market”, or “Flood season is as fun as harvest season”.

However, local authorities also advised people to be extremely careful when wading into flood water due to strong currents, dangerous obstacles, or fish that can pose risks.

Successfully tested unmanned T-72 tank, towards robot warfare

Shturm, an unmanned attack tank developed on the basis of the T-72 (or T-90) chassis recently announced by Russia.

Announcement and Successful Testing: Shturm. Russia has for the first time publicly unveiled the prototype of the unmanned tank “Shturm”, developed by the Uralvagonzavod corporation for the Ministry of Defense. This is an important step in the modernization of the armored forces.

The Shturm system includes both an unmanned combat vehicle and a mobile command vehicle, both based on the T-72 or T-90 chassis, and has just been successfully tested in the field.

Outstanding features of Shturm

Firepower designed for urban areas: equipped with a shortened 125 mm D-414 main gun, still using an automatic loading system with a capacity of 22 rounds; diverse weapon options such as 30 mm 2A42 cannon, RPO-2 thermobaric rockets; rumored 152 mm version.

Obstacle-clearing capabilities: equipped with a front bulldozer blade to clear paths or clear obstacles, suitable for urban battlefields.

Reuse of existing chassis: utilizing the T-72/T-90 chassis saves costs and makes flexible use of existing tank inventories.

Flexible control: the current version is still manned, but is designed to operate in remote control mode — paving the way for fully unmanned systems in the future.

Clear tactical role: Shturm is designed to take on the most dangerous missions, such as breaking through enemy defenses, minimizing risks to soldiers, especially in tense urban environments.

Results and Strategic Impact

Successful field testing has marked Shturm as a viable direction — robotic tanks can operate in coordination with traditional armored forces, while minimizing the risk to human lives.

If proven effective on the battlefield, Shturm could pave the way for a new generation of unmanned tanks designed from scratch. At the same time, the highly automated T-14 Armata could become the command center for future robotized formations.

Man beats woman in apartment building: When reason is led by anger

Below is an image extracted from the camera of the case "Man beats woman in apartment building: When reason is guided by anger" - the scene of violence taking place in the elevator lobby of Sky Central apartment building (Hanoi), right in front of children and surrounding residents. This image increases the seriousness and condemnation of the incident.

Image from video

Summary of the incident

Time and location: On the evening of August 9, in the elevator lobby of building B1, Sky Central apartment building, 176 Dinh Cong, Hanoi, a tattooed man attacked a woman (28 years old) with many punches and kicks to the head, face and stomach in front of another woman and about four children.

Initial cause: Originated from a small conflict between children of two families. The man asked the other side to apologize, but when he did not agree, he lost control and caused violence.

Subject's behavior: The camera recorded him patting the victim on the shoulder, punching and kicking the victim while many people and children witnessed. There was even a threat to take the victim's life.

Intervention and arrest:

The building security and residents intervened when the incident occurred.

Hanoi police have issued an emergency arrest warrant for Dang Chi Thanh (31 years old, residing in building B1) to investigate the act of "disturbing public order"

Legal consequences

The investigation agency determined that the act of beating a woman in public can be prosecuted under the crime of "Intentionally causing injury" (Article 134 of the Penal Code), especially when the act is of a hooligan nature. If the injury rate is below 11%, the penalty can be reformed without detention for up to 3 years, or imprisoned from 6 months to 3 years. If from 11% to less than 30% or there are aggravating circumstances, the penalty can be 2-6 years in prison.

In the current social context, the act of beating women in front of children not only violates the law but also seriously affects the human values and inspiration of the community.

Lessons from the incident

A small collision by children can also lead to legal and mental tragedy if adults cannot control their emotions. Vietnam is currently hanging between the need for civilized living and the reality of violent behavior with a thuggish mindset.

Each individual needs to practice the ability to control emotions and not let anger lose reason, because "anything that begins in anger ends in shame" - as Benjamin Franklin once reminded.

Conclusion

The incident at Sky Central apartment building is once again a wake-up call for the whole community: violent behavior, especially against women and children, is unacceptable. Calmness, civilized behavior, and raising awareness of the law are the only ways to protect safety and common living values.
